RowReady ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
The App records workout metrics from your Concept2 PM5 rowing machine, including distance, time, pace, stroke rate, heart rate, and calories. This data is stored locally on your device only. We do not upload, transmit, or share your workout data with any third party.
We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as which features are used, how often the app is opened, and general device information (device model, OS version). This data contains no personally identifiable information (PII) and is used solely to improve the App.
We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous crash reports. These include device information and stack traces to help us fix bugs. No personal data is included in crash reports.
The App uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to connect to your Concept2 PM5 performance monitor. Bluetooth is used solely to receive real-time workout data from the machine. No data is transmitted to the machine.
All workout data is stored locally on your device using an encrypted database. You can delete all your data at any time from Settings > Clear All Data. If you uninstall the App, all local data is permanently deleted.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
